Whole 30 Day 17

Breakfast:
scrambled eggs
organic raspberries
black coffee

Lunch - I had a professional lunch today with the bar association so I made due with what was offered:
chicken breast
asparagus
baby carrots

Snack:
raw mixed nuts
banana

Dinner:
leftover spaghetti squash from last night

Activity:
I didn't make it to the gym because I worked pick up at the coop tonight.
